Frequently asked questions
Can the center collect payments, or can providers be paid directly?
The workspace owner chooses one collection model: customer revenue goes either to the workspace account or to the selected activity provider.
How do I know which account will receive an activity payment?
The activity shows its selected payment recipient and whether that connected account is ready to receive payments.
Can I change the connected Stripe account later?
Yes. Orders keep the account captured when they were created, while eligible activities without orders can use the newly selected account for future payments.
When is a registration shown as paid?
KickBooker updates the registration after Stripe confirms the payment. Simply returning from Checkout does not mark it as paid.
